1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging in services provided by Bracero Power Pros, the client agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions stated in this document. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the client and Bracero Power Pros.

 

2. Services

Bracero Power Pros is a professional pressure washing company that provides cleaning services to commercial and residential properties in North Carolina and South Carolina. The services provided by Bracero Power Pros include but are not limited to pressure washing, power washing, soft washing, and other cleaning services as agreed upon by the client and Bracero Power Pros.

 

3. Payment

Payment for services rendered by Bracero Power Pros is due upon completion of the job. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card. If payment is not made in full upon completion of the job, Bracero Power Pros reserves the right to charge the client interest at a rate of 1.5% per month until payment is received in full.

 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If the client needs to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, Bracero Power Pros must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. If the client fails to provide 24 hours’ notice, Bracero Power Pros reserves the right to charge the client a cancellation fee of $50.

 

5. Liability

Bracero Power Pros is not responsible for any damage to the property that occurs as a result of the cleaning services provided. The client agrees to hold Bracero Power Pros harmless from any and all claims arising from the use of Bracero Power Pros’ services.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bracero Power Pros makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the services provided. Bracero Power Pros disclaims any and all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any legal action arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall be brought in the courts of the State of North Carolina.

 

8. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Bracero Power Pros and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these terms and conditions.
